Vegetable and egg omelette

Ingredients

      Eggs
    • 1/4
      Onion
    • 1/4
      Red Pepper
    • 3
      Asparagus
    • 1/2
      Carrot
    • A handful of
      Spinach
    • 1 tablespoon
      Olive Oil
    • 1 pinch
      Pepper
    • 1 pinch
      Salt

Step 1

Break eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper then whisk evenly.

Step 2

Dice onions, red pepper, carrots and asparagus.

Step 3

Heat the pan, add olive oil and saute the vegetables. Next, pour the egg mixture into the pan.

Step 4

Cook over a low fire, before flipping omelette over to the other side. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

Step 5

Fluffy and non-greasy, simply refreshing!
